Sales order confirmation triggers the check
As soon as a sales order is confirmed, the system automatically checks inventory availability for the product and its components.
BOM and raw material analysis runs automatically
A record is created under the "BOM Requirements" menu showing the main product requirement, every BOM component, and the calculated shortage quantity for each.
Review the report and select items
From the BOM Requirements screen, select or unselect specific raw material lines, and click "Download Report" to generate a PDF with current stock and shortage details for internal approval.
Create RFQs — single or bulk
Click "Create RFQ" for one shortage item, or "Create RFQs" to bulk-generate purchase requisitions for every selected item in one go.
Purchasing team confirms and tracks
