On source code ownership: you own 100% of the Android app source code, assets, and all deliverables from the moment final payment is made. Ahex retains no rights to your app or codebase. Source code is delivered via a private GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket repository with full commit history. We recommend adding a reference to source code delivery and IP assignment in the project contract, which our standard agreement covers. Enterprise clients can request a code escrow arrangement for additional IP protection.
