Yes — every project includes a 30-day post-launch warranty as standard, covering bug fixes at no additional charge. Beyond this, we offer three ongoing support options: a monthly retainer (covering OS version updates, security patches, bug fixes, and minor feature additions), a dedicated support SLA (with defined response times — typically 4-hour for critical issues, 24-hour for standard issues), and ad-hoc development (billed hourly, no commitment, best for occasional updates). We strongly recommend at minimum an annual update retainer — iOS and Android release major OS updates each year that require app compatibility work, and app store policy changes can require code changes to maintain listing status. We proactively notify all clients of upcoming changes that will affect their app.

Security is built into our development process from discovery, not added at the end. We follow OWASP Mobile Top 10 guidelines across all builds. Yes — we sign a mutual NDA before any project discussions involving your business details, technical requirements, or proprietary information. We use a standard NDA that protects both parties; we are also happy to review and sign your own NDA if preferred. On intellectual property: you own 100% of the source code, designs, and all project deliverables from the moment final payment is made. We retain no rights to your app or its codebase. Source code is delivered via a private Git repository (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket — your choice) with full commit history. We recommend code escrow arrangements for enterprise clients who want additional IP protection guarantees.

Yes, App Store and Google Play submission is included in every project. We handle the full submission process: preparing app metadata (title, description, keywords, screenshots, preview videos), setting up or managing your Apple Developer and Google Play Developer accounts, completing all compliance declarations (data safety, privacy policy, age rating, export compliance), submitting builds for review, responding to reviewer queries, and managing staged rollouts post-approval. We are experienced with Apple’s review process and build apps that comply with App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Developer Policies from day one — this prevents the most common rejection reasons. For clients who want App Store Optimisation (ASO) as an ongoing service, we offer that separately.

We use Agile Scrum across all mobile projects. Development is organised into 2-week sprints with defined deliverables at the end of each cycle.
