Key Features of the Project

We implemented advanced web scraping techniques to collect reviews from various hotel review websites. This involved mapping different websites and consolidating the data into a unified format.

The collected reviews were cleaned and processed using NLP techniques to remove noise and extract meaningful information.

We utilized Weaviate, a vector database, to store the cleaned data. This allowed for efficient data retrieval and analysis.

Leveraging LLM (Open AI), we developed algorithms to generate data indicators and actionable insights based on the processed reviews. These algorithms included re-ranking and embedding techniques for advanced data analysis.

We built a chatbot that hotel owners could interact with to obtain summaries and insights from the review data. The chatbot was capable of answering specific queries, such as “What do people say about my hotel location?” and providing detailed responses based on the aggregated data.

A user-friendly dashboard was developed using Chart.js and Next.js. The dashboard featured multiple tabs for different domains, such as executive, e-commerce, and analytics. Each page included filters for date navigation and detailed reports.
